Article 14
Television and Radio Rights
14.1. WAFF, its national associations, confederations, clubs and teams own the exclusive rights to broadcasts and transmissions of events coming under their respective jurisdiction via any audio-visual medium and/or broadcasting media whatsoever - whether live, recordd, or as excerpts.
14.2. The provisions for implementation Item 14 shall be contained in special regulations to be drawn up by the Executive Committee and approved by the Congress.
Such regulations shall define the rights and obligations arising from the international use and broadcasting of televised pictures among the owners of the rights and other national associations, and for the distribution of revenues from the sale or lease of such rights.
