Article 18
Expulsion of National Associations
18.1. Only the Congress has the authority to revoke the membership of a National Association.
18.2 For such revocation be valid, the Congress must be attended by an absolute majority of the National Associations affiliated to WAFF and authorized to vote in its proceedings.
18.3 A vote to revoke membership pass by a three-fourths majority.
